GREAT EXPERIENCE.
We are new to the spa market and had a very pleasant shopping
experience at the West Sacramento location. Dan was our salesperson
and was very knowledgable, friendly and helped us to select
our new Hot Springs Prodigy spa. Also shopped at some other
dealers in town but the Hot Tub Store definitely has the nicest
quality spas in town.

Now That's a Hot Tub Store!
I've enjoyed working with the folks at The Hot Tub Store in
Santa Rosa since 2003 with my Hot Springs Spa. Professional
staff, knowledgeable & responsive service, excellent chemical
advise if needed and just plain good people. The inital sales
& delivery of our Spa also went without a hitch. Jamie

Awesome Spa We purchased
a Hot Springs Tiger River Sumatran spa in May 2010
and could not be happier. Nancy at the Roseville store is
amazing and extremely helpful. The installation crew was on-time,
polite and did an amazing job. Our biggest decision was whether
we were going to do a 110 or 220 volt install and we made
the right choice. 220 it was and we could not be happier.
We live in a PG&E area and our bill has not been affected
at all. The ease of treating the spa and the non-existent
electrical bills have all added to the families joy of using
it. Our daughter has many health issues and it has certainly
helped her to feel better. In addition, our older children
and granddaughter use it and love it. It has become a wonderful
family spa with three generations enjoying it.

A Family Affair My
wife and I bought a Hot Springs Classic in 1991 when
we lived in Texas. We move the spa 3 times in Texas. Moved
back to California in 1993 with the spa. Sold our house in
2000 and left the spa with the intention of building a spa
with our new pool. That didn't work. At least one hour to
heat the darn thing....you get the idea. Last year I'd had
enough. After purchasing my in-laws a new Hot Spings and sending
my brother to buy one as well, I took my own advice and went
to see Nancy in Roseville. She was more than knowledgeable
regarding the line of spas and we bought the Sovereign. Now
for those of you who have high school kids you know how tough
it is to communicate with them. We have had more family time
with my son and daughter in our new spa than any other venue.
It has really become a gathering place for us. Nights and
Weekends, you name it. I tell my wife constantly, this is
the best money we have ever spent. Don't get me wrong - I
also love the spa.........The Reale Family.

Happy Hot Spring Spa Family
My family and I have owned two Hot Spring spa models: a 1992
Classic and a 2000 Sovereign. We had planned on taking our Classic
with us when we moved to California, however, the individual
who wanted to buy our Arizona home would only do so if we left
the spa behind. So we had to say goodbye to our Classic. However,
once we got settled in our new home, we went and purchased a
Sovereign spa from The Hot Tub Store in Roseville. We love it!
We also love Sales Representative Nancy Rogers. She is very
knowledgeable and always has the answers to questions we have
regarding chemicals and water treatment. We were planning to
enjoy our Sovereign for many more years, but on our last visit
to The Hot Tub Store to load up on chemicals, the "new
and improved" Sovereign caught our eye! My 58th birthday
is coming up soon, Perhaps my wife just might... No harm in
dreaming, is there?

A great experience After 15 + years
using our hot springs prodigy, we decided to buy a modern
spa. Since a new hot springs was a more expensive choice,
we carefully compared sundance, dimension one, and other spas.
We even looked at ebay and craigs list. Eventually, we came
to our senses, listened to the salespeople in Roseville and
Folsom and realized that even though they were after our business,
what they said made sense. We now have a new jetsetter out
on our deck and we love it. The installation was great...all
I had to do was take care of the electrical and provide a
level spot for the tub. Hours later (we got the 110 volt system)
we were enjoying the variety of jets we never had in our old
prodigy. We highly recommend Hot Springs and the people at
the Roseville and Folsom Hot Tub stores.

Mike Knows Spas! I knew virtually
nothing about spas until I met
Sales Representative Mike Lady at The Hot Tub Store in Roseville
10 years ago (he now manages The Hot Tub Store in Folsom).
Mike drew upon his many years in the spa business to patiently
teach me about the various makes and models of spas, how they
differ in their operation, and how to properly maintain them.
It has been nearly 10 years since I purchased my Sovereign
and, thanks to Mike, it still works like a charm! However,
I never hesitate to call upon him when I have a question or
concern. Mike always explains things in easy-to-understand,
layman terms. I doubt there is another person in the business
who possesses such an indepth knowledge and expertise in spas.
Trust me when I say: Mike knows spas! Frank

We bought our Hot Springs Spa
way back in September 2001 from
Mike Lady when he worked at the Hot Springs store in Roseville.
Through the years that we've owned it Mike has ALWAYS gone
above and beyond to help us with any questions or issues that
we had (giving us infomation on new products after my husband
developed an allergy to the Baqua products) and helping us
to better balance our chemicals. I know that when the time
comes to buy another spa (something smaller for just my hubby
and me) it will be another Hot Springs Spa. Hopefully Mike
will still be there for us.

My husband and I love our new Prodigy
hot tub. It seemed expensive at first but when we found
out all the items that were included in the price, it now
feels like a steal! For professional, honest and friendly
service, you need to go to Hot Springs Spas. We did shop around
and we are very excited with our purchase. We also feel very
comfortable thinking that if we need anything in the future
that they will be there and will give us the same quality
of service. Who needs a long warranty unless the company is
strong enough to stick around. We were also surprised to find
out that the parent company also supplied our cabinets and
paint.
We're so delighted with the spa and it
has taken all the pain out of the muscle in my back that is
a result of the scoliosis.

I purchased my spa nine years ago, and as I tell everyone, if I could do business
with everyone with the satisfaction I receive from them, my life would be so much
brighter! If I ever have the slightest problem (I am a very
unhandy person) I know that all I have to do is call and my problem is either
handled over the phone or a very qualified repairman is here without delay.
The Hot Tub Store is one of those few businesses where you just feel good when
you go through the door. The welcome mat is always out. Bud
